i made i big feast for everyone at home yesterday, (i made gravy, biscuits, mashed potatoes and meatloaf) but since we didnt have flour, i was forced to use the grain flour stuff that i feed to horses, always see if you have the ingredients first! :D

Yep, you can stuffit in a bird (then it's called stuffing) or just bake it on the side (in Texas it's called dressing that way) but it's the same stuff. It's real good with gravy all over it!

Forgive my Australian ignorance but what is cornbread stuffing for? I thought stuffing was for sticking in various roast birds. Do you just eat it?
