Yeah, they aren-t lovers.
That being said if you chose chloe over the survival of likely hundreds of people, a number of which you probably haven-t met, than you made the wrong choice at the end of that game

a) is that soy sauce in Simone de Rochefort the narrator's wine glass? b) I have not played Life Is Strange and can still feel very confident in my estimation that That Boy, Warren, Is A Bottom
reply

God, they finally perform a scene from a game I've actually played, and OF COURSE, they go with a cringe-inducing Warren conversation. This was hilarious though, Simone and Pat are hella amazing.
reply

The lip-sync skills of both of these actors is so good it's almost frightening. I can only dream of a full length piece from the Video Game Theatre Players.

I just noticed the logo at the end of the credits that says Polygon, and has affiliations that I'm assuming are for SEO Play, Monster Factory, and Please Retweet.
reply

God, I love that old-timey Polygon logo at the end of the credits. And the ending theme is so great, too! It's like I'm watching late-night PBS.
reply

Weird that they picked a game where YOU choose the dialogue though, like this is only one possible permutation of that conversation
reply

Maybe it's just me, but I think these could be a lot funnier if they used their own actual voice instead of the voceacting from the games.
reply

the only thing that was missing was the awkward -scratching the side of my nose- animation every single goddamn character does
reply

These could be funny, but they are missing something. You guys need to think about what made the Cool Games Inc one funny.
reply

It's a crazy coincidence that both the host of video game theater and one of the actors are BOTH named Simone de Rochefort!
reply

i never realized just how bad the dialogue in lis was until this video. like, i knew it was bad, but not -that- bad
reply

I love how these voice actors pretty much mumble everything. Simone and Pat really heighten this experience.
reply

Life is Strange. Never have three words been more appropriate to describe the output from the Polygon video team.
reply

i dunno if y'all take suggestions but pretty much any meeting of ocelot and snake in mgs3 would be incredible
reply

Ugh god, just hearing that dialogue again reminds me how douchey Warren was, just the absolute worst.
reply

ohhh godddd this is why I couldn't get into this game, the dialogue makes me cringe my eyes inside out
reply

Wasn't Life is Strange supposed to be, like, a good story driven game? That dialogue suggests otherwise.
