OVERWATCH: 71 Easter Eggs & Hidden References!

We all know there are tons of easter eggs hidden in every Overwatch map, so here's a compilation of all 71 we've found so far! World building and showing something directly related to the events of a setting are not easter eggs. Meanwhile, the -weird Omnic lounge- is a good easter egg but only because its a 2001 reference which wasnt listed. References to other franchises like Warcraft, Starcraft, Dark Souls, etc were interesting, but the rest of the fluff simply to make the number bigger really detracted from it in my opinion.
This video could have easily been a voiced recollection of a few of the best (read: actual) easter eggs, with things like #66 capping the thing off on a heartwarming note.\r\n

I'm going to leave two actual easter eggs, that are better than the 71 non easter eggs in this video.
In Junkertown if you're attacking the payload, in your spawn there's two buttons on the ground, if you and a buddy stand on both of them, you'll open up Junkrat's hidden loot room.
On the moon, if you're in the spawn with the telescope, you can look into the telescope if you approach it.

Why did it say Ana/Sombra obviously it shouldn't be hard to tell that's it's Ana with Ana gameplay at the beginning and end and if you even look through the skins you could easily tell the difference (I know that this was before the sombra update)

C'mon. most of these are pretty bad but passable, a few are neat, then -#18 -mcree- movie poster- both spelling his name wrong AND not being him at all, or in any way related to him.

if you say -hello- as genji and look down while greeting, it looks like a dab. i don't know what to do with this information so I hope someone reads this comment

The skeleton king is from diablo three, I remember getting killed around 10 times because it was my first time playing and getting annoyed

Some weren't even Easter eggs like the coffee also that picture of Ana/sombra it's only Ana other mistaken it for sombra because of the mask

Not sure if the graffiti, arcade games, and movie posters really count, since theyre so obvious, even to people playing for the first time.
reply

wow, so much hate, not everyone will know everything, maybe they just started playing a week ago. this would be a fun vid then.

2: 43 Bravos? Really? A giant statue in Greece and you think is a reference to Bravos instead of Colossus of Rhodes?
reply

why do you show some of them for 10+ seconds and some you skip before you can even take a glance at them? I don't get that.
reply

so stuff from the lore of the game, stuff that is know in the game and isn't hidden at all is a Easter egg, ok
reply

you forgot some things, such as the dancing robot at volskaya, and filled the list with locations p much

Here's one you may not know about in Hollywood if you look at the license plate of the car it says I'm rich

On #25, there was what I believe was the tablet the security guard was playing on, RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.
reply
