I have seen that for some reason Something Good is ranked among the worst songs of the musical and is considered boring. Hark our herald angel Gabriel! Absolute raucous. Something Good, in a musical context is one of the best melodies in any musical let alone just this one, and is also brilliantly arranged with the strings causing multiple chills and sensual shrieks. For anyone with any microscopic shred of musical understanding or ability, this song should be considered to be among the best songs of the whole musical. Any person who disagrees clearly didn't pass their grade 5 theory and out of spite is casting treachery over the music industry. Grow up and learn to appreciate greatness. Yours truly, a musician

This is the movie that started my love of musicals; it was the first musical I watched. Mom showed it to me when I was about 5, and it's still one of my favorites. I've always preferred the movie to the stage show. It was such a defining experience as a kid.
