Listening and identifying a change in either pitch or rhythm within a short phrase of music. Suitable for candidates preparing for ABRSM Grade 2 practical exams. For this test the examiner will play a phrase twice and on the second playing there will be an alteration either to the pitch or to the rhythm. The candidate will be asked to identify the change as -pitch- or -rhythm- and to give some idea as to where the change occurred.
