I've only recently started to review music theory after playing an band instrument decades ago...my bass-clef is still a bit shaky. I was taught in semitones, so I tend to sketch the keyboard by making a dozen short parallel lines, connecting the bottoms for the black keys, then extending the C, E/F, B/C & C lines, then short lines from the bottoms of the black keys for form a quick keyboard for reference.
Or I just draw just the 12 semiotics with a line through them and write-out the needed notes of the major, minor or mode under the ssemitones. A quick shorthand for interval, chord and scale degrees.

When I was starting music courses a few years ago, I created a small 2-octave keyboard layout that would just fit onto a stick-on return address label (in the US, these are 1/2- x 1 3/4-). My instructors all gave permission to use these labels vs drawing a keyboard by hand. I would routinely stick one label per examination page for handy reference. There are 80 labels to a sheet, so one sheet would last me a good long time!

I have drawn the horizontal parallel lines for the bottom and top of the white keys first so that all my keys were just slices down those 2 parallel lines. Then I think that you'd have more chance of making all your keys the same length.
