And thus begins the most revolutionary biology course in history. Come and learn about covalent, ionic, and hydrogen bonds. What about electron orbitals, the octet rule, and what does it all have to do with a mad man named Gilbert Lewis? It's all contained within. Like Crash Course on Silverfoot: Is there a correlation between bonds and structure? For instance, you mentioned salt as an ionic bond. Salt is crystalized, is that a result of ionic bonding, or something else?

I-m disappointed with the attempt to explain objective information about carbon using an analogy of historically abused and misfortunate women (aka a tramp) to simplify this simply because it-s relatable to the common idiot. Don-t ever bring gender or ideas about what that means into this realm of education. This is part of the problem.

Ok, obviously I know nothing about this. The presenter states at 3: 24 that Carbon needs 4 extra electrons. My question is -Why does Carbon need 4 extra electrons? - Thank you

I really thought you were going to explain Lewis dot structures and how to use them-and then you didn-t. I kept thinking that we were coming to that part.

Every year at around this time, we see a sudden surge of views on this video. The sudden cramming for AP exams. Like birds migrating every winter.

What I heard is that all life is based on a tramp like attom, thus if we are made in the image of our creator. oh no.
