I would think a center loft would have been more efficient and functional. the whole space could be used and then the bottom area could have been broken into different spaces around the center. I think you guys did good job I just hope it was worth the work for the small loft space and the diminished bottom space.

How long will they last?
Are they guaranteed a certain time?
Will some parts wear out in a Canadian climate faster than others?
