Looking through some of the other comments here, I notice you said in a reply that you hope to one day go to the White Pass & Yukon. Might I recommend going to Tweetsie Railroad and Dollywood to get a look at what White Pass & Yukon steam is like, as a sort of preview taste?

I'm glad that they are still able to have the service there, but the diesels just don't have the same nostalgic feel. Looks, sound, and everything that is only with the steam engines. I don't want to give that up. Thank you for sharing this, I really appreciate your videos.

I can't believe you got a DVD company to work with you, with music made by James Coffey, the same guy who made music for I Love Toy Trains! It's awesome how far you have come, and you are a huge inspiration for me. Good job.

101's repaint in orange and crimson is absolutely strong and vibrant. Hats off to the Durango & Silverton for giving my favorite 3' gauge diesels in the world a new home!

They purchased two additional White Pass locomotives, numbered 103 and 106, in May 2021. Surprised their 1200 series locomotives have not been put into service yet.

Waaaaay back in 1967, i got to ride behind the steam powered train, while its nice to have them for fire safety issues, they still put out smoke like the steamers!

It's interesting, yet not supprising that they still make narrow gauge locomotives, you dont ever consider narrow gauge as more than museum lines these days.
