we have a look at a 2005 Chrylser 300C Touring with a code P2173, indicating that the engine has a vacuum leak. We give the Redline Ready Smoke a second look. Redline contacted me after the first video and suggested that I add more fluid to the machine, and to be honest it made a world of difference. We also use the Redline easy intake

Nice Vape Eric! That babys got some watts!
I had a fun one Saturday. 04 Suburban, no AC. A/C Clutch had a bad wire for the 12V side. I repaired it. I could pull the control side of relay low with a test light and it came on, but still not getting signal from PCM on control side of relay.
Turned out the terminals were spread on the AC low pressure switch which talks to the HVAC module which tell the PCM to turn on AC. I took connector apart and got terminals bent back and it worked beautiful.
Found out later, Customer had taken to another shop and they diagnosed it as needing a new compressor. I'm guessing they were jamming a paper clip in the AC pressure switch connector to try to get it to engage once they realized it had pressure. More people need to lean how to back probe with t-Pins!
It was nice that he was probably looking at a huge repair bill and I got it done in about an hour 75 Labor and no parts.

Hello SMA I have been watching your videos for a while now and have came to the conclusion that YOU KNOW YOU STUFF. I need some help I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 with a 5. 3 and the 6 speed transmission. I bought it used at a Kia dealership and I noticed the transmission fluid is clear. I have a automotive shop at my school that I take advanced classes in and we work on all types of vehicals. When we have had a 2011 in the shop just like mine I looked and it had the exact same transmission fluid as mine. I also asked our automotive teacher that has been a technician for over 30 years and has a whole bunch of certifications and he looked and smelled it and said it was right. I have asked if this is right in a online form and everyone is saying Im a idiot for thinking this is right. What do you think because I have no idea at this point. Thanks for the help

I do it the old fashioned way, Eric. I light up a doobie, take a big hit, then blow through the intake. If there are no leaks, great, the car feels better, and I feel better. No matter what, it's a win win situation. Strange thing though. my vehicle seems to be addicted to this method, because I find it acts up every once in a while, until I do the smoke test on it. then all symptoms disappear. carzy man.

I think this is the first time I've seen that code that it wasn't accompanied by a dropped valve seat or broken valve spring. Have a Jeep with a 5. 7 in one of my bays right now for that. Customer said it overheated then started sounding really bad, #5 intake valve was playing jump rope with the valve seat.

If you got time to build a car. hahaha yeah right, extra time: D I know, I know. Just think about it. I'd think it'd be cool to see your creation of a hot rod or a lemon rod: D Hannah and Josh got the shop down: D
