As an owner, this car is a pure joy to drive! It has more performance than 99% of the population has skills to use. The collaboration with BMW honors the Supra legacy because the B48 is objectively a better engine than the 2Jz, it-s lighter, handles better, and of course faster/quicker than Mk4. None of this takes anything away from the Mk4 because at the time it was great. Lots of great cars have come from collaborations; McClaren F1 anyone?

Makes me laugh that people still want a manual even some want a -Proper- manual. Clearly they do drive in normal traffic as 99. 99% of buyers do. I wonder how many just want a manual so they can brag at the pub. Automatics these days are brilliant, quicker than manuals, more convenient and more economical. Jaguar don-t sell an F type with an old fashion manual now as they sold just 7 in 2019.

Price is two near to the six especially as most are financed so very little difference per month, engine note is very important to most especially in a specialty car like a two seater GT, think these will sell in small numbers to those that don-t really know cars or driving but just fancy a 2 seater -mid life crisis- types that tend to wear driving cloves.

What a crap review, calling the Supra a GT track focused car, stating the obvious that a 4 cylinder doesn-t sound as good as a 6 and that it-s slower and finally that when you turn the wheel the car turns also. The fact is it-s cheaper than the 3. 0 so you need to summarise weather the saved cash is worth the loss in power

People complaining about the price for a 4pot. The next c63 is going to be a 4pot and will be more expensive than this. Current 718 is a 4 pot. Way things are going with the current average regs manufacturers having to hit. They covering a part of the sector of the market that the 6cylinder is above.

Quick qeustion tho:
Why does this -small sporty car- weights more than most regular hatches? Even ones with 2 litre engines?
There are some that weights 150Kg less than this still. and offer a lot more space, uses more metal sheets.

There are none of these around where I live, a reasonably affluent urban centre of around 1 M people. 6- or 4-cylinder, I-ve seen one since the model was introduced. There are more OG NSXs on the road! I see a Wraith or Ghost more often.

I feel like people who buy this will be like folks who bought the 328i vs the 335i. You'll always lust over the 335i. Just save a few extra grand and buy the 6 cyl.
