I had a range of comments on this video but I lost all of them when you mentioned the fuel economy. Correct me if I m wrong, but in my very aggressively driven Mercedes-Benz Metris passenger van- over 5000 lbs with my wife and I aboard as it is usually driven, which I often barrel down the NJ Turnpike bouncing off its 101-mph speed limiter, driven no less than 10 mph over the speed limit except in traffic, I get about 19. 9 mpg over the 5 years (well, four years, 11 months, and some-odd days) and 125k miles. This tiny little nebbish of a Cadillac didn t manage even 2 MPG over my gigantic van?
That thing is cheap. Also, it happens to be inexpensive.

The interior design. It needs help. Otherwise. Great chassis, great package overall. GM pay attention more to what Audi is doing. Hands down still the most handsome interior in the class. You don't need to make it hyper expensive either. But for a car with so much promise and substance. It is just a hair short. GM is on a roll. I think at this point. Make the interior a nicer place and I am in. Not just talking about the CT4 but all of the Cadillac line. They are better sure, but certainly not class leading. Cadillac is a name that says you have arrived. Not that well this is a rental and I wanted something nice.

Thanks for the review! Is it just me, or the interior is on a cheaper side with plastics?
And here is some ironic side of things: to measure the size of the interior available for the driver, we can check how close is Alex's face to the camera, while watching there a driving section of the review; )

taking this over any of the 3 series, c-class, a4, g70, is, xe, q50 for sure. And drives better than any of the competitor you mentioned. Also 3. 5 in the G70 is a heavier engine because of the the surface-area to volume ratio, needs more plumbing to get the heat out the engine.

Cadillac really went for the drivetrain on this one. I wasn't impressed with the interior quality and space. The infotainment screen is small and looks like an afterthought. It has less safety features than a Nissan Altima. The driving factor would really have to be good.

Genesis G70 over this Cadilac. Especially if you wait for the updated G70. Currently you can get an AWD 3. 3TT G70 in the upper thirty thousand range without even negotiating. The interior materials and quality are better than the CT4 thing and has more rear seat room.

I have to disagree with the looks. The front of the AT4 is nice, but that rear is not. The CLA has the looks at every angle. The interior is also ok. The Germans do it better.

This is the best review I've seen on this car. Very fair and balanced. Plus, you did an outstanding job with comparing it to its proper competition.

I thought GM prices included destination a while back? Is that still the case or does it only apply to their other brands.
