P. S. Id take comfort and my own entertainment over the IFE any and every day of the week, but still. I am not most people, and most people do not have terabytes of data in the form of a wireless hard drive in their carry-on. So, I am quite confused about that situation, as I feel for the other passengers. Even a moving map would be better than nothing, since you could still see how long before you could get off the damn plane and get to some entertainment. Plus itd stop the are we there yet? questions from the kids.
As for me, I dont use, or care about, the IFE at all. Im just thinking of everyone else. I have the moving map displayed, and the laptop on the table watching stuff thats actually interesting for me. Unless the seat has an HDMI port, then Id use that!

Shocking news about Georgian Airways, they changed there policy regarding people with an disability. My aunt is visiting us. She came by plane and she is elderly woman and she has worn knees and ankles and can hardly walk anymore. So we requested assistance from the airline. So to get assistance you have to pay an extra 100 per flight and this is just for a staff member to walk you with a wheel chair to the plane. So for a round trip it is 200 and if you have a transfer its 400. In other words, you will be severely discriminated if you are disabled at Georgian Airways. Also, she was treated like old dirt by the staff. Someone at Georgian Airlines thought letting people with a disability pay for assistance is good idea.

Your expectations for the meal service was unrealistically high and your comments were over dramatic. Had your expectations been more realistic, I bet it wasn't all that bad. And I do not like seeing food going to waste. I find it very aggravating when I see passengers take an airline meal, take about 2 or 3 bites and then toss the rest. It would be better to just not take it at all rather than have it go to waste. Drop the snobbish attitude towards inflight catering especially when you're only flying ECONOMY!

In my opinion, this is where Noels video format that he uses today really started to develop. Its been gradually changing up to this point but I think this is where his journey of reviewing airlines that are largely unseen by the media, or are unique in other ways really took off

I love grand tour. we watching every episode with my son. they are using embraer jet because there is not enough passengers to fill up boeing. i personally would not fly air georgia. when I visit my relatives in tbilisi, i prefer Turkish airlines.

Theres no excuse for not having fantastic food on Georgian Airlines - great food is a part of Georgian heritage and flag carrier should introduce travelers to it.
Other then this Georgian Airline is quite good in all directions

Went last year 2 x to Tiblisi with Georgian Airways ( from Amsterdam )
Business class and paid: 950 euro per ticket for the round trips and that was booth on a Boeing.

Yeah, flew Berlin/Tbilisi & v-v with them in 2019, also an Embraer 190 both ways. Like you, excellent flight but not such good eating.

haha Cabin Crew social event. At least the Embraer 190 is a nice plane to fly on, too bad they don't use the IFE system.
