I'm an over-tipper, especially with housekeeping staff. They get paid the least and do all the (literal) dirty work. That said, I like to tip people directly (not in hand mind you) so I'm not a fan of the tip box at the front desk but if that's local etiquette, I'll be happy to comply if I make it to Rwanda.

The tip box at reception is a really good idea, it's so annoying to have to make sure you've got $5 for this $10 for that $1 for this, for every day that you're there. I'd much rather do $60 at the end of the stay and they can spread it between them

It is so great to have videos promoting Africa and what it is really like. I feel that there are a lot of misconceptions stopping people from traveling there. So valuable to have recent first-hand accounts: )

In addition to the tipping, you should consider to write a positive review on their (lounges, hotels, tour company etc) Facebook pages, which might be very helpful in the long run: -)
