I live in Tampa--great city--and I'm away now so I was watching this for nostalgic reasons. The video, however, does not represent Tampa to me. Here's another video marred by the fetish for drone shots. This is not Tampa at a human scale. What makes the city great is not the aerial view of grand buildings but the wonderfully vibrant life of people living day-to-day on the streets. BTW, the best area in town is, in my opinion, Seminole Heights!

The Outlaws down in Tampa town, yes,
a mighty fine place to be.
They got high tide and they got green grass and it sure looks good
to me.

I'm from Orlando born & raised. I am thankful that Tampa Bay is just over an hour away. My sister went to USF. If I had to choose another major city to live in in Florida, it would definitely be Tampa. Tampa gets overshadowed by Orlando and Miami, but those of us from Florida know that it's a hidden gem.

The Ybor City video is very desaturated looking almost black and white. It also has very low contrast. Why would you do this It is in stark contrast to the beginning of the video that has very high contrast and saturated colors.

I lived in Tampa from 91 to 97, i have great memories, i especially remember a bar called the castle and a club called the masquarade, they were great places to hang out at! Anybody knows if they still exist

Great video of a great city. Last time I was there (2017) I went to Ybor City, it was Thanksgiving and pretty much closed but I think it has a great vibe and will definitely go back. I love this part of Florida.

We have lived in Tampa Bay 22 years. It is a wonderful area to retire and also raise a family. We have the most beautiful beaches in the world near beautiful amenities and homes for everyone.

I've live in Orlando for 30 years and Tampa Bay Area is my 2nd home I love it there. Downtown river walk became a nice beautiful place I plan to buy a condo there soon
