Trainer Susan how do you keep your abs so toned and lean? I spent hours in the gym I try to eat well with a few indulgences and I weigh 55-56 kilos. I eat how you mention in this segment, breakfast is exactly what you mention so where are my abs? I have a bloated belly a lot of times and although I-m fairly toned overall my belly is not catching up. Any tips would be helpful, thanks, Sandra

Great video, I love the last exercise!
I don't agree that you have to eat breakfast. Intermittent fasting is great! After few days you get use to not eating in the mornings and you're not hungry anymore. IF is really good for losing weight

With regard to eating habits you need to look at the benefits of fasting in conjunction with a health diet. Too many small frequent meals leads to insulin resistance which is not good for the body. Your exercises are great.

Twisting yr body gave me a smaller waist, i have a short torso and i was doing weights my body looked boxy so i did woodchoppers with weights. all these are twisting so works

Smaller more frequent meals not ideal, try intermittent fasting and fewer meals. Whole food plant based diet; aim for FIBER for a smaller waist.

I'm confused. Her body is as square as they get, her waistline is almost the same size as her hips and chest. Is the title of the video wrong?
reply

Really we want like 30+ grams of fiber from whole foods a day at least, slowly increase fiber so your gut can get used to it
