I do the plank that you did last, but when my back is really compressed and aching, I can't do planks at full extension. So I do them on my knees as you did at the start with the ball. I still pull everything tight, but the shorter length works better until I can work out the compression and go back to full body planks. Thank you for showing me a couple of other exercises to do to help (I have 3 lumbar discs compressed from a military injury that get aggravated from work, so it is recurring)

You-re my favorite AthleanXX for women! The other ladies are nice and all but they aren-t has clear on instructions and most of all they don-t dress appropriately. I want to work out, not check out your body. My family should also be able to watch these with me since I have to workout at home. Thanks -

I had a c-section 2 years ago. I-ve been having lower back pain because I think it-s overcompensating for my weak lower abs. I-ve been trying to strengthen them almost daily but still suffer. I will try these exercises!

Thanks A Bunch! I gotta try theses but currently my Fibromyalgia getting in the way w/Fatigue -But I-m totally giving Thumbs up and saving as Favorites!
