Looking to put size on those quads? If you've never done giants sets then you're going to love/hate these. You can do giant sets for any body part but like I said in the video I prefer to focus on one muscle only. If you want to hit another body part then setup and entirely different giant set. Although I'm not on there much anymore. IG

Your videos are thought provoking, that's for sure. You seem to be more into the -pump style- of training for higher reps, rather than focusing on strength per-se. Giant sets also being part of that -pump style- of training. I've personally always been more into the -train mostly for strength in hypertrophic rep ranges-. but always interesting to see someone with a good physique getting good bodybuilding results with more of a pump and burn approach. Would love to see you do a video just talking about your overall training philosophy. insofar as why you don't seem overly focused on training for strength, but rather more of a -pump style- of training. You've definitely piqued my interest in this approach. Especially since, at age 54, my strength is more-or-less as good as it's gonna get, short of steroid use. So I really am intrigued by some of what you do and talk about.

What-s going on Ryan quick question I ruptured my bicep tendon on the beginning of the month at work and I-m scheduled for surgery in 2weeks since this happened I really relapsed basically stopped training and eating everything in sight as u know with this injury It-s gonna take some time to get back into it all again anyways I wanna clean up my diet and work around my injury possibly hit my legs it-ll be cool to get some feed back about training around this type of injury or a video if u can. like always keep the vids coming ----

I suffered an accident almost 3 years ago this august I was left on a wellchair for the rest of my life but nop m walking and kicking the shit out of my workouts but I-m hitting stagnation can you help me out the only routines that seem to work are the ones the I get form you.

Wow, so many memories!
Back in the 90's we used to call -giant sets- to the realization of a FULL pyramid(15 reps down to 1+ forced & puke in.
In our local gym where a few -loco- people that use it in that way to do limb work.
I was one of them, and doing squats were hellish at least.

So what's different about this vid and the others about best leg excercises that you post. Just seems like a bulk of vids claiming this or that until you've run through the entire list of excercises until you've gotten enough views to make a buck

I think we should just call it one giant set then go home lol. Way too many exercises to replenish any atp in your muscles we both are trainers and exercise science so you should know that and your body at 12pm night low test and energy.

I never got recommended any of your content til about a week ago and it seems to be working for you but it-s curious how little emphasis is placed on range of motion. Seems to be the case with a few of your exercises, interesting.

I really enjoy your workout videos but I-d find them easier to imply if you gave a how many sets and reps your going for on each life, and maybe even if your adding on weight from set to set or if your lightening the load

giant sets are great but only once in a while. like in the last hypertrophy block. body of course doesn't know that but each movement stresses in different ways. right Ryan?

This question is actually about delts. My left delt is way under developed than my right. I've hit it from so many angles but it still doesn't have the roundness of my right side. Any tips?
