Thank you. I remember starting the gym in university and then I feel off after my brother died and lost my girlfriend ( she left due to my mental state ) I finally got back up on my feet but didn't know how to re start the gym seeing you was the reminder I needed it's been 3 years since I've focused on my health and seeing that you still do content was a good moral boost

This video is a relieve
I keept saying to everyone that coffee had the opposite effect in that it made me sleepy instead of energy
They called me crazy
Thank you for letting me know why this is
I actually was able to turn this around though by doing intermitant fasting for 18h
Even after eating I now get the benifits has long has I fast everyday

Fast caffeine metabolizer here. Start the day with a 5km walk and before that is 500ml water and then a pair of strong double espressos.
That walk is awesome. And not because the espresso makes me need to shit 3km from home.
This has happened but resulted in improving my return times incredibly.

bruh imagine you can get a dna test to see how stuff like paraxanthine etc to see if they have better responses (better genes) to substances like paraxanthine and said dna test company would be run by ryan humiston (for some reason it makes sense to me that he could make something like that)
reply

Paraxanthine (as well as low dose kratom) has been a life saver as I’ve grown older I can’t handle caffeine any longer (which sucks as I loved pour over black coffee and cold brew.

Guarana has been pretty effective for me. It does have some caffeine, but there's more going on. Added to my caffeine intake, it gives a very noticeable punch.

Are you a biochemist even, or is this just a hobby Im pretty sure no one knows all the pathways these molecules can take in different human tissues.
reply

Great, what our food supply needed was one more chemical to get addicted to. I'm sure all the long term side effects were thoroughly studied too.
reply

Ryan, you are ridiculously funny. Please put the jokes at the end of the short please so I can focus on the powerful knowledge you present
reply

Are the effects of paraxanthine faster coming on than caffeine anhydrous And also how long do the effects last compared to caffeine anhydrous
reply

I just like my morning latte.
And i dont really get much benefit from it. It takes a while for me to even feel it anyway.
