Shouldn't really matter as long as you're putting in the work
I usually do full rom because I'm long and lanky. skinny 6'2 at 160lbs to 195lbs now. I got that anime look. Skinny with a shirt on then take it off and I'm buff lol

Fun fact. I'm pretty sure Arnold, Louie, and the Myth weren't qualified exercise scientists. And I'm pretty sure exercise scientists aren't competitive body builders!

Well, there you go again there is no exact science to training try until you fail then lower the weight or range and keep going or stop

u wouldn’t continue to do partials until u fail because 1. it causes extra fatigue and 2. it messes with tracking progressive overload
