Hello, GREAT INFORMATION ALWAYS.
I am 65, been working out most my life, WRONG!
Had both shoulders replaced, but no plastic.
Just went. On TRT.
My question is about these PEPTIDES you speak about
What are they The insulin one. I am now, FAT. 210, like 195. Can’t lose a pound.
I will be buying the videos, but need to change gyms next month.
Can you please tell me about, basically, and where to get good quality Peptide
I used to get Test. I the gym. 2 X a week. 10 years ago.
Getting it from doctors, 1cc every 2 weeks, is better.

Good video and tips as always Ryan. I wanted to reach out to you maybe through the app. I have a power rack with functional training cables and some adjustable dumbbells. I was wondering the best program to use for my home setup. Have access to that equipment and some plates. Which should i go with to maximize the power rack and cables and my dumbbells. I can basically hit all but leg pressing movements

Been doing these exercises for a couple years and they are the truth. The smith upright’s are very hard but rewarding. Also. You ought to try single arm front raises on a cable. Keep your arm close and extend behind your back. Then bring it up tight and once you clear your body start to bring your arm towards the midline of your body. Brutal.

dang bro your shoulders are hella big, I tweeked my neck doing some shoulder press stuff a few years ago and I have trouble getting my shoulders stronger now. I always end up with neck pain.
