I hit a great biceps + triceps workout with light dumbbells (15lbs) to show that you can put on muscle with very little weight. To really push it even further I did supersets to force as much blood as possible and really get them burning

On a another note, I successfully tried to break up a fight only to receive a new fight with me from a tool with a Tool in his hands. I assumed he stepped back cuz I'm quite a bit bigger than him. Boy was I wrong! So my face met a ring and a bolt? No clue. Little bastard suckered me Good and Quickly. I did worse to me cuz it finally dawned on me to go lefty to his righty and hit him with as explosive a left as I could throw. End of fight! Fckn tool. Bad part is now I have a black and blue under the armpit. And Sadly I can only hope Ryan is going to leave up his workouts for his email workout sign-ups? Or that Ryan reads this. Obviously naysayers never tried it. I'd say that back to them. I just don't want to fight or sadly EXERCISE til it heals. I wonder if I bored the crap outta Ryan's peeps. Ty for reading!

AH MAN! C'MON DUKE! Beside being a bit of a Pseud, what's with all these light weights you use in your vids to implement in your special take on standard movements? So you got that large physique from all these variation that you devised? so you are on TRT, good for you! and at such a young age, what mighta prompted that? PED'S perhaps? that's cool.

I wish he would answer if he is enhanced?
If his gains are all natural, then the viewers could conceivably achieve his size. The fact that he won't answer, leads me to believe he is not natural. No knock on him, but I don't want to submit to make believe, hanging on every word when there is no way in hell to achieve that much size.

I am not bragging but am trying to make a point. I did. In the past. 405 for bent rows 8 reps. OK SIR RONNIE COLEMAN DID 5 PLATES ON BENT ROWS. MY BACK LOOKED LIKE CRAP CUZ I WAS HEAVING IT UP. WHEN I SWITCHED Immediately TO TWO 20 LB DB'S and slowed it to a crawl my lats/back hurt and felt like being hit by a tool with a tool.

Just started following you hurt my back Sunday I bought the garage video on Saturday let my back rest this week but done some of the arm movements today and just awesome really like the feeling in the arms, so gonna start the garage workout Monday can-t wait 51 years old and ready to put it to the test, thanks for the great videos

This was a great workout! Really wore me out, definitely feeling crazy sore in my arms. I also want say that it's actually kind of motivating that these exercises look challenging even for someone with your size. I don't feel so bad about not being able to get through as many reps.

I've only ass kissed the ones I think deserve it. My higher power, Dante, my wife and family n friends and now you kind sir because you give your time and advice just like DC and you both deserve it. BTW you are growing before our eyes!

Just came across this dude he has some of the best information and techniques. And focuses on the mind muscle connection that's what Arnold preached great stuff I'm going on a binge watching all this guy's videos keep up the great work

Need a tip. I've been lifting for over 30 years but no matter how much I change position etc I feel more if a connection on my mid delta, mid traps and rhombus than I do biceps. I'm only using 7. 5kg. Little over 16. 5 lbs.
