Good stuff. I'll try this tomorrow and sure I'll be way more spent than you halfway through. I'm also following your IF window of 20/4. Do you still stay relatively low carb or are you ok with banana/lentils/pasta etc? I'm mainly trying to cut (5'7 172lbs) and everywhere is highlighting lowcarb/keto, but I would love to keep eating my fruit and beans tbh. Tips?

When i first started in my late 20s my gym was in a metal hanger style workshop building, only a shop fan blowing hot air, u get use to the heat but let me tell you i was puking at the end everytime, but i was cut as f#%- took some years off, almost died, and now im back pushing the limits again about 2 hit the big 40)

Fantastic workout. And hey, there-s nothing wrong with throwing multiple sets onto these bad boys to make it more fierce and go over the 10 minute limit.
Side note: be sure to get a solid stretch and blood flow in your shoulders before attempting the open hand windshield wiper exercise.

10 minutes workout is doable as long as you-re okay with hitting only the basics and keeping an eye on the watch.
My current workout is:
- 8 pull-ups
- 12 push-ups
- 15 air squats
Rest for 1 minute and repeat for a total of 5 circuits. Done-

How about a 10 minute Leg workout? I'm partial to the 10 minute stuff when taking work breaks throughout the day. Great way to -wake-up- from my desk job grind. Also helps keep my body ready for longer and more focused workouts after work.

Ryan I I appreciate your brother I would love some follow along videos whether dumb bell or gym so I can do the exercises right along with you because sometimes I forget the range of motion that you use and have to go back and I lose my rhythm

10 minutes, easy right? Haha, eh no.
1 minute of bar dips
1 minute of alternating pistol squats
1 minute of chin-ups
1 minute of eccentric nordic curls
1 minute of L-sit to handstand
Repeat 2 times, no rest.

How about a Lower back workout?
10 min workouts aren-t enough (unless it-s a Crossfit workout)
I have to do 1. 5-2 hrs in the (garage) gym 5x a week to see gains.

if you would remove your head and listen a more educated body builder ryan you would stop rushing throur your set, stop focusing on numbers and instead concentrate on the intensity of ehe movement

I've never hurt enough from head to toe, after a ten min either. Used this for the last few minutes of round three for tonight. broke a decent sweat, but got Richard Simmons stuck in my head!
