I wanted to go over the fact that even though you might not have access to a gym right now, you can still get some great workouts in and the biggest benefit is that you don't need much time at all. As a 62 years young avid gym rat, your videos have inspired me and infused new techniques into my workouts. Since my gym closed (and hockey league suspended)
I-ve been in a funk, still getting my runs in however. Just ordered 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 pound power bands with handles. Any videos highlighting individual muscle groups would be appreciated.

Great video! This is the video that I can really utilize because it is bodyweight and doesn't require equipments like DB or things that i don't have in my apt, also this doesn't involve me jumping up and down in my apt since apt in the U. S doesn't have any sound insulation and i don't wanna piss off ppl downstairs.

You are one of the few peeps, actually are doing home workouts, basic level Calisthenic can be really challeging depending on the progression, I can see this is not your confort zone and you doing it. RESPECT for that, as well will give you a good muscle development! keep the good work!

Why don-t you do a video for beginners? Yah, we get it, you-re wayyyyy advanced. 90% of your viewers are NOT at the same level bra. Share something that everyone can try, not this -I know you can do it even if you haven-t worked out in years- extreme bulllllshit.

Ryan, that's great, an awesome workout. Could you please release a HIIT style workout, for a full body experience? Something in the region of 30-40 minutes duration, to hit every single muscle in the body, and beyond. Thanks! Keep them coming.

I wonder how loud his farts sound? What do they sound like? Is it a few quiet pops and some rumbles mixed with some tuba and strained trumpet? Or is it more like a dry, silent and gaseous whoooooosh, all released in one stealthy blast.

Will try these. Have done incline push-ups off a high bed -- killer as compared to a lower gym bench. Could you do something with abs? Most of the at home abs are too easy for me -- can do a front lever but don't have a bar anymore.

All I have is body weight and walking to keep me active and these routines are-
