Hey, Ryan. Great videos! I JUST started implementing your training recommendations yesterday (for I wasn't getting great results with the workouts I was doing for several months, but, to be fair, based on my genetics, muscle growth for me is not so easy as I've discovered. So, I have a question for you: how many sets do you typically do and how many reps? And are you going until failure, or almost failure (like 80% or so. Thanks again for the great videos!

Ryan Humiston I asked this once before and didn-t get an answer so I-ll try again. I had a knee surgery years ago and I-ve never regained the size in that leg! How do I bring up that leg, especially the outer sweep? Thanks in advance!

Iam a beginner and iam running daily and found squats daily and taking whey isolate, my gains are very impressive. Iam now running without any pain. Earlier it used to hurt while I ran as iam always overweight

OK THIS GUY IS CRAZY. AND I AM JUST AS CRAZY TO BE FOLLOWING HIM AND DOING THESE CRAZY EXERCISES ---- Trying to figure out how to incorporate them into my workout. His tutorials are totally insane

Calisthenics won't get you bigger. And for those looking for great quarantine exercises juat stop. Don't worry about losing gains. You can't lose what you don't have.
