-Moving to a smaller home where I won-t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells --bestgym. equipment-- - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected. -

No grunting show of ego in play here. I checked out the all your shoulder workout videos today. And I was satisfied completely with your work. Performing these exercises will give both growth and the accompanying strength increase and no reduction of shoulder mobility as the angles vary that much. Thank you. As usual I am gonna try these rountines each for a month.

One benefit to some of these partials -- beyond the usual ones -- is that, if you have a pissed off shoulder, it may be able to tolerate that smaller range better. For instance, on the partial side laterals, by avoiding that lower range of motion, you avoid putting stress on your supraspinatus, which, if it's inflamed, will thank you. Good ideas, here, Ryan.

Humiston, I love how you video yourself on rep 98, 99, 100 of your set. You look like you're dieing and hating life and I love it! Keep it up, I don't get through a day without watching a video is yours

You do alot of side laterals and ant/post raises for delts but the only press you do is the arnold press. .. do you do not like doing presses? What presses would you do if you do shoulder presses? Thanks
