Thanks for the excellent information as usual. That first excersise got me wondering why not just do bulgarian split squats. do you do both? Any reason why you might prefer the static lunges? Also do you have any interesting alternatives to simple goblet or back squats using bands for example? I've been wrapping resistance bands around the back of my heel and doing prone leg curls on the floor lately and I find that it works even better then a leg curl machine itself. i am missing the gym, but not nearly as much as I thought. All I have at home are some 20lb kettlebells and I've noticed zero signs of slowing down or any loss of gains whatsoever. Thanks again for your awesome videos Ryan.

Great quick video. I prefer more flat-footed movements to avoid stress on the toes and balls of the feet. So would like to see how you'd approach landmine squats while in quarentine.
I have bar with one end resting in the corner on a towel and 100lbs on the other end. Trying to figure out how to make that feel heavier and produce more stress through proper positioning, range of motion, and speed.
I always like your insights on body mechanics and positioning to create -spot-stress- so thought I'd ask.

Ryan, first of all, thanks and congratulations for your work! Would be possible to make a video about exercises to improve posture/relieve back tightness since lots of us work from home and spend hours sinting on a desk in front of a PC that at the end of the day can cause us some issues, thats it. Cheers, and keep up the good work!

Hi Ryan, loving the videos here in the UK. I used to work out 30 years ago, however so much has changed, with that said I have lost 30lbs over the past 10 weeks and now want to bulk up. He-s the issue what would you advise for those of us approaching 60. Some form of video would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and keep posting.

I did as you said and now my legs are swollen! =) Doing the stiff-legged single leg exercise, I contracted my glutes at the top of the movement and used light weights going slow and controlled as you said. My hamstrings were really working here. Am I supposed to feel it in my lower back and glutes too?

AMAZING! Just discovered this guy and love the content. Been training 25+ years, and just learned 2 things in on 6 minute video that are going to transform how I home train my legs, thanks! Leg day tomorrow, can't wait to test these variations out.

I am still able to do my leg workouts but I have a torn ACL on my left knee. If I shift my weight forward and allow my knee to go a little bit over my toe to work my quads is it okay? I love your videos. Short but loaded with info. Thank you.

Thanks again Ryan, the forced gym closures have been a disaster for me. Learning to adapt using bands and body weight exercises. Your tutoring is inspirational and motivational, thanks for the optimism. This too shall pass. Be Well.
