Ready to tear those lats up? I wanted to give everyone a few more options if they are simply using a few sets of light dumbbells right now. Don't think that you're limited in how much growth you can get by the amount of weight you have. It's just about getting creative with your workouts! Harper: Love your videos got a PROTEIN INTAKE question. If I hit 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight monday-friday and workout those days aswell, but on Saturday and Sunday still eat remotely healthy but not really count calories and protein intake will I still be able to gain good muscle mass by being regimented on Mondays thru to Friday? Or would it basically make my
workouts/eating Monday-Friday obsolete and unnoticeable in the future?

Everyone keeps putting out vids to workout but no one does any after care or what to do when you work out so hard you body is super sore and you feel like you cant move. sure Im gonna get ripped for saying that but its true. Ive been going to the gym for 3 or 4 years religiously and now I have all this time, I workout 2 or 3 times per day but my body is really feeling it. if I slack off I dont wanna get lazy or loose interest so I keep at it but bro I'm sore as hell after these workouts! Thanks Ryan, your a beast!

Thanks, Ryan. Training at home is awesome now! Any videos coming out on how often you suggest training a muscle or muscle group? Example: I split legs into two separate days but kept doing calves on both. Calves burned out and I had to stop doing them for a while. In my case I'm training with supplements so I do recover pretty quickly.

Amazing build you got there bud - these video's are really appreciated in these times. You seem strong like a tree, but I wonder what you eat in order to maintain that physique? Would it be possible to have a nutrition video one day? What you eat daily for example? And what powders you recommend?

I've been following these at home workouts since my state has been on lock down. Pairing these up with the at home workout routines from Athlean-X and Buff Dudes have been tremendous! One question, what is that song you're using in the video? I can't get it out of my head lol

Off topic of the video but in the description you asked for ideas. I-ve got a pull up bar in the garage and various bands up to 80lbs of resistance. I-m just looking for a little more variety in my workouts. Appreciate your time and keep the awesome videos coming!

I've been doing ur workouts for a month now and im seeing a massive difference. I'm still trying to do the ab workouts u have posted, however my core is just not that strong yet. But they will be! Never thought doing 25s would hurt this much with every workout lol.

Thanks for taking the time to explain the exercises with so much detail, I love the variety you present, it keeps it interesting and really helps with the mind muscle connection. I have not seen anyone else explain it like you Ryan, much appreciated.
