1. Not Training Hard Enough
Regular and intense workouts boost testosterone more effectively than light exercise. Higher training intensity leads to better hormonal responses.
2. Lack of Quality Sleep
Sleep deprivation (e. g, fewer than 7 hours) can significantly lower testosterone levels by up to 60%. Prioritizing 78 hours of quality sleep is essential.
3. Magnesium Deficiency
Low magnesium levels reduce testosterone. Foods like spinach, almonds, and dark chocolate or supplements (400 mg daily) can help.
4. Zinc Deficiency
Zinc is vital for testosterone production. Zinc-rich foods (oysters, red meat, pumpkin seeds) or supplements can increase testosterone levels by up to 93%.
5. Low Vitamin D Levels
Vitamin D deficiency negatively impacts testosterone. Regular sun exposure, vitamin D-rich foods, or 5, 000 IU supplements can improve levels.
6. Excess Body Fat
High body fat increases aromatase activity, converting testosterone into estrogen. Losing weight can help restore healthy levels.
7. Extreme Calorie Deficits
Overly restrictive diets lower testosterone drastically. Moderate and sustainable weight loss is more beneficial.
8. Excessive Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol raises cortisol (a stress hormone) and lowers testosterone. Limiting alcohol intake or eliminating it helps.
9. Cooking with Processed Oils
Oils high in omega-6 fats lower testosterone. Opt for healthier options like olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil.
10. High Sugar Intake
Sugar can reduce testosterone by 25% after a single meal and contribute to inflammation and insulin resistance. Replace sugary snacks with fruits like berries or apples.
Additional Recommendation:
The video offers a free 5-day testosterone reboot challenge, which provides daily tasks to naturally boost testosterone levels, improve energy, and support muscle growth.

As a guy in my 60s, I literally DOUBLED my testosterone - from 300 to 600 - in two months just by not drinking water out of soft plastic bottles (like Evian. I made no other change to my diet or exercise routine. Not only did my blood test show the improvement, I very much felt it subjectively. Body hair started growing back. And uh, personal stuff improved, too. (lol)
Hard plastic - like the 5 gallon jugs of spring water you find in grocery stores - is fine. Soft plastic is the T killer. Try it for a month or so and retest - if your testosterone is low right now you'll be amazed at the difference. I've mentioned this before online, and lots of guys have had the same experience.

Quite a bit of these are solved by going carnivore. You don't need to starve yourself or even count calories (#7) and it takes care of a great deal of your vitamin deficiencies (#3 & #4. I never touch alcohol(#8) and I cook on the grill (no oils - #9. Sugar doesn't even enter into it under this diet (#10, but a scoop of ice cream (#5) a few hours before bed didn't hurt my weight any. I would think if you are going hard on training (#1) and eating like that, you will have some good sleep (#2) anyways. This will all resolve your body fat issues (#6) too.

You need to realize, nutrients from plants have a limited bioavailability to a human digestive system. Fruit and berries still have sugars, which further decreases bioavailability. It is much more beneficial to get your nutrients from animal based foods. Like you recommended, red meat, fish, eggs and dairy. Basically, following a Carnivore way of eating is the best way to increase testosterone.

Totally like your hands-on approach. Just one thing that you left out, which is of course the most complex to fix: stress levels. High stress from the daily fights in a stressful environment (city-life, job, family) are directly enforcing that vicious cycle you mentioned regarding the belly fat, as the cortisol levels make that grow also.
