Don’t have a good tbar row option at our gym. Replace with seated row or just use pull downs I love pendlay rows but wife isn’t as comfortable with them. Thanks!

My gym only has the T-Bar row with a chest support pad. Does this change a lot of the effectivity of the excersise or is it still okay

Hammer incline inthink is better than smith mashine. Better angle on the movement. Smith machine is terrible for your shoulders.
