Eat real food like meat, eggs, butter, vegs, avoid sugars (including white bread, avoid seed oils, cook and bake at home, just do what our slim grandparents did. Fat will disappear very quickly without sagging skin or ozempic face side effects.

Thanks. The only error you had was that on w/o days training with weights for 1 hr needs 300 calories more that day for maintenance.
