great video as always Jeremy! Just throwing it out there, I've recently started doing cableflyes with only one arm, moving my torso slightly opposite from the direction my arm is moving. Giving me more time under tension and being that its an cable i can extend my arm, essentially squeezing, over my chest. And still maintaining tension on my chest. It gives me great results!

Your input regarding exercises for those of us who just want to be fit and not look like Arnold Schwarzenegger and spend hours in a gym, but use bowflex machines would be good, especially as the pulleys are fixed and line of action is limited. Your videos are fantastic. Thank you.
