I've been using Jeremy's program for about six weeks and it's 100% worth the cost, especially because of the nutrition guidance and spreadsheet. That said, I suddenly ran into three straight days of gastrointestinal issues last week, due to the high fiber intake in trying to meet my carb macro. So now I'm a bit concerned w/ taking less complex and more simple carbs, due to the lower fiber content (trying to keep it under 70g/day. I'd be curious to know how many grams of fiber were in the video's meal plan example, as well as if anyone else has suddenly run into excessive fiber intake issues, after several weeks of no issues.

I got this lean with keto diet and 6 days a week trianning
Sunday legs and shouldes
Monday bicepts and back
Tuesday tricept and chest
Wends legs and shoulders
Thusrday bicepts and back
Friday tricepts and chest
Sat off looking good so far alot headtrunning at the mall and clubs with slim fit long sleeve shirts!

Problem with this protein recommendation - it's lower end of 0. 73g per pound of body weight is the max NCBI study allows for healthy liver function. going over that can hamper liver function

Proper diet and workouts can do miracles if you do them the proper way.
It's not 70% diet and 30% exercise, it's 100% commitment to both. I train at home now.

I weigh 190 ish. I wanna shoot for 180 and be stacked. Im a little chunky at 510. Should I be eating 2, 700 cals like the math says?
