1- progression, how can you tell when you've plateaued and how to up your game and gains once you have.
2- check-ins, okay the scale is the worst. What to measure then, how to measure and how often.
3- Intermittent fasting, with an eye for low cal diet in addition. What's the most effective way, how can you measure effectiveness, is the occasional hungry period okay.

Being able to play my Nintendo Switch while walking on my treadmill has been a boon for making time fly while exercising. The detachable controllers mean I can naturally swing my arms while walking, and having some engaging games to play really helps distract from an average of 90 minute sessions (which gets me a few hundred steps shy of my daily 10k steps. And if I'm gonna play games anyway, why not do it while losing weight?

I bought a walking treadmill for my home office. its awesome! Whenever Im not presenting, but still participating in meetings, I hop on that treadmill. Before, I would sit on my backside for 10 hours per day. now Im getting 10, 000 steps before the end of my work day. He mentioned it briefly, but walking doesnt make you hungrier. it suppresses hunger. whereas running or HIT increases appetite. Walk. highly recommend.

idk how much weight ive lost but ive lost enough for people to comment on it. 3 comments from friend/ family the last week. im just going to keep doing what im doing and hopefully i can lose more fat soon. if anyone has any tips that can increase my weight loss id appreciate it. i eat in a deficit between 200-400 under my BMR. i workout 2-3 times a week. i have hockey practice 2 times a week

Out of being unenjoyable cardio is pure I was 95 KG dropped down to 70 in a few months focusing cardio and weight lifting After achieving 70 KGs I had the same fat belly So i decided to go back up to 95 and start over but only lifting this time for now i just started it was ahard way to get back up to 95 I'm gon see what is the best way to truly achieve something

I walk to the gym everyday which is a 1 hour walk then go to the gym and do an hour of incline walking 100 incline 3. 5 speed then do either leg day arms and shoulders or chest and back then when Im done I go home walking for another hour so basically I walk 3 hours and Im on a calorie deficit

That not my body type. I love cardio. I do 80 to 85 minutes of cardio elliptical. angle. nothing nigga. my legs get bigger I have endurance but my hard spots stomach nothing. I'm dropping 6. do this. 4 sure. need. 4weeks. heal then I'll go back to work

I been walking for 3 weeks for my 2nd workout for about 80 minutes. I see inches coming off but I weight the same. I'm losing fat and little bit of muscle mass however it is working.
