MY BIGGEST INSPIRATION Training Vlog Pedro Gómez Romero: why did you do lying hams curls at the end? and another question I hope you can answer, I've always thought that the heavier rep ranges (6-8) should always go before lighter ones (10-12) because it's supose that if you choose that 6-8 is because you want to move more wheight and I think you'd need to be fresher for that, asking because of the 10-12 pull ups and then 6-8 Rows, what do you think? thanks Jeff

Hey Jeff Nippard, you have one of the best body builder physiques and knowledge of bodybuilding but why do you very little subs and views? With the type of content and editing you're pulling off I would think tons more thanks for your knowledge

Been thinking of messing with cottage cheese lately myself. How do you like to prepare it? I'm more into sweeter foods than salty, so I would lean to like adding baking cocoa and sweetener.
