NOPE WRONG TITLE USED. if i was training a complete beginner i would have done more with them on there first day than what i just watched. please next time let the camera keep rolling instead of cutting off early on the sets. you are getting this not because i am a hater. but because i am someone who LOVES THE BENCH. to much to see people get miss informed. BRO DID YOU EVEN BREAK A SWEAT?

Great video I love the music and the way the workout was filmed. I also enjoyed the way Josh explained the workout and what you should think of when doing the workout (i. e. rather than pushing up the weight, thinking of driving biceps to chest. You should explain the workouts like that because it's easier to understand than just watching you do the workout.

nice range of motion with T-rex arms. If you are 5 feet and under you have no right to boast about adding muscle on that frame, that is why gyms are teeming with little muscular dudes. Put some mass on a 6'4 frame and then you have my attention. I love how these midgets make some gains and act like they found cure for cancer. FOH

this is not intense at all. I just finished a chest work out where i triple drop seted flat bench and then super set with push ups with a plate on my back. This shit soft especially when they are half repping incline bench

Idk if I agree with there being no chest contraction on cable flys toward the middle. I mean I literally feel a legit burn in my pecs when I do cable crossover during the crossover portion.

Jeff, these are great informative videos One question though, Josh mentions to lockout the elbows on the dumbbell press. But, it doesn't look like he is actually doing so? Can you elaborate?

Thanks for vid. Can't you take less emphasis off the anterior deltoid by ensuring it is not fully ABducted while doing a chest press (I. e. not perpendicular to thoracic cage?
