Hello Jeff, first off congrats on the 100k subs, thats awesome dude. As you are into the science side of things I was wondering if you could put an answer to a couple of questions regarding working out. So, if after an exercise you are not feeling the pump does that mean it hasn't been effective? Which leads me to the next, if you are doing an exercise that may include a drop set, is it just as effective to do the exercise with lots more reps at the same weight as on the drop set until you feel the pump? So say a bench press, I get that you use the front delts also, but if you're using a fairly heavy weight and at the end of the sets you're not feeling that pumped but if you do the same exercise at a lighter weight but much more reps and you feel really pumped, which one is more effective? I know this is an odd question but I thought I would ask. Thanks man, keep the vids coming

I try to post on each of your vids to show my support by giving constructive criticism or to congratulate a job well done. This time around I'd have to say this was a solid video. I like how you vary the content. Some vids are very informative while others are more day in the life. It's no surprise you've gained 100k + subs, Congrats on that btw I will say your Gf looked beautiful in the red bikini. I like how you show her off but do it in a very classy way. Keep up the good work

Hi jeff great video and congrats on 100k you deserve it. I was just wondering because you have a great physique. Im 6ft 1 and weigh about 11 stone, I have been working out a year and have seen good gains in my arms and back and pretty much everywhere apart from my chest and I was wondering if a year is long enough to go from having no chest at all to having a big chest, or am I being unrealistic, if so what sort of time frame am I looking at, I just feel stuck, thanks in advance

I agree with a few others on here - your content definitely stands up on its own. Your edits are good as well, choice in music is great and i can vouch for the moment in the wrist I wrap up even on the light stuff to help train my mind and body so if i forget my straps, my positioning is already programmed in me. PS. isnt there something beneficial to you hitting the 10min mark on YT? I only say this is that i like your content, and that i hope you do well. Anyways - Peace

Jeff - Love your science-based videos (PhD in human population genetics background. Citing studies is much appreciated. Would you ever do a nutrition video that outlines tactics for the different phases of growth or strategies for the various desired outcomes (i. e. lean muscle gain, straight bulk, cutting, water retention reduction, ketogenic, etc? Would be interesting to hear how your nutrition scheme compares/contrasts with the various other schemes.

Jeff Nippard. I just want to say thank you for your amazing content. Something that a lot of people miss out on with fitness is the scientific side of things. The fact that you can incorporate all of these reliable sources while teaching us about the reason this and that happens to the body all the while, putting together some of the best produced videos in the youtube fitness game is amazing. Keep up the great work and great things will come your way

New sub. you are awesome. Probably the most informative. As someone only 1 year into my fitness journey all the knowledge you bring to your videos is helpful and really has encouraged be to study the movements and body functions. It's great to do the workouts but it's even better to understand why and how it's helping me transform. Thank you. You guys rock

I've been here since like 30k and literally every video you post is the best one yet. Your videos are probably the most helpful on YouTube and you put so much work in to making them and on top of that they are all very informative backed up with nothing but straight science and facts no bs. Great work Jeff

I have eaten more than my husband many times. He's got about 50lbs on me. Sometimes I just wanna eat a whole steak and a bunch of potatoes. The body knows what it needs. Btw your beard in the beginning looks like kens (barbies man. Slightly drawn on and filled in. Inhumanly perfect.
