I work hard in the gym I see results, no need to keep track. I’m not being arrogant but I just go in the gym and push myself every time to the point where I’m shaking on the last rep. The walking isn’t necessary since I’m literally moving and walking for 15 hours straight a day at work. I’ve noticed with the amount of work I do in and out of the gym I’ve been looking leaner and more muscular, hard work is everything and in time it pays off.

For anybody thinking about doing the 6 week shred, stop thinking about it and just do it. It's 100% worth it. I did it and went over the required loss by 2-3 lbs. It's hard work 100%, but if you stick to it, you'll get the results you're after.
