If you’ve been trying to lose belly fat fast but can’t seem to get rid of that stubborn visceral fat around your stomach, you’re not alone. Most people don’t realize that visceral fat is the most dangerous kind the kind that builds up deep inside your abdomen and slows down your metabolism, making it harder to burn fat no matter how hard you diet or train. In this video, I’ll show you the 10 most effective steps to burn belly fat, reduce visceral fat, and finally flatten your stomach naturally without starving yourself or doing endless crunches. FREE 6 Week Shred: FREE Diet/Workout Planner Tool: If you could peel back your skin and look inside your belly, you’d see two very different types of fat. One is the pinchable layer just under your skin. annoying, but mostly harmless. The other is the fat you can’t grab. It wraps around your organs like bubble wrap, pressing on your liver, squeezing your pancreas, and even pushing your stomach forward. This is visceral fat. and it’s far more dangerous than the fat you see in the mirror. It doesn’t just make your waistline bigger; it pumps toxic compounds into your blood, raises your risk for diabetes, and makes heart disease more likely. The good news is that visceral fat is also the kind that responds the fastest when you change your habits. So i want to walk you through ten proven ways to shrink it quickly based on science-backed methods that actually work. The first thing you need to do is to stop obsessing over the bathroom scale and start tracking your waist. The scale can be tricky because it doesn’t tell you whether the weight you lost came from water, muscle, or fat. And if you're not tracking properly, you have no idea if you're actually making progress with eliminating this very dangerous type of fat. You could step on the scale and see a pound down, but if that pound came from lean muscle, you didn’t really make progress in regard to belly fat. A far better measure is your waist circumference, especially when you compare it to your height. Research shows that a waist-to-height ratio over 0. 5 is strongly linked to the health risks associated with visceral fat. That means if you’re 70 inches tall or five foot ten. your waist should ideally be under 35 inches. A simple tape measure tells you what the scale can’t: and that's whether the dangerous fat inside your belly is shrinking or not. If every couple of weeks that number moves down, you know you’re heading in the right direction. But doing a ton of cardio without lifting weights can make you lose muscle, which will look like wieght loss on the scale, but all that belly fat is still there. And that brings us straight to step 2, which is resistance training. Most people picture endless cardio sessions when they think about losing their belly fat, but lifting weights actually attacks the root cause. Visceral fat thrives when your insulin sensitivity is poor. When your muscles resist insulin, glucose floats around in your blood until your liver finally turns it into fat, and that fat is very often stored around your belly. But every time you contract your muscles against resistance. whether that’s with dumbbells, barbells, machines, or just your bodyweight. You increase the number of glucose transporters in your muscle cells. These are like doors that open up and let glucose in, making your muscles soak up carbs like a sponge. That glucose goes into fueling and repairing your muscle instead of getting stashed as fat around your organs. And the benefits go even deeper. Lifting weights increases lean muscle mass, which itself raises your daily energy burn. A pound of muscle isn’t going to burn thousands of calories, but over months and years, more lean mass means a faster metabolism. Studies consistently show that just two or three resistance training sessions a week can significantly reduce visceral fat even if your overall weight doesn’t change much. Cardio burns calories while you’re doing it, but resistance training changes the way your body partitions calories after the workout. In other words, you’re teaching your body to store energy in the right places. Every rep you do is like telling your metabolism: Feed the muscles, not the belly. Next, if you’re looking for the fastest lever you can pull, cut liquid calories first. Sugary drinks, fruit juice, energy drinks, and alcohol are some of the biggest reasons for visceral fat gain. They deliver a huge load of sugar or empty calories in seconds, with no fiber to slow things down. That means your blood sugar spikes, insulin floods in, and your liver has no choice but to convert the overflow into fat. And here’s the kicker. visceral fat is the prime storage depot. Your body loves to store all that fat in your center of mass for future use in case of something like a famine in the future. Alcohol makes this worse because your liver has to prioritize metabolizing the al

The stomach vacuum that body builders do for posing is a static version of a dynamic yoga posture that's over a thousand yrs old. Performing it for a minute or two makes even serious hunger feelings evaporate by stimulating the vagus nerve. Science backs this. It also gives huge core strength, relaxes you, increases breathing efficiency. I've done it for over 25 yrs and I think it's one of the most powerful exercises there is. Try it yourself, it's called Udiyana bhanda. sometimes very young children do it naturally and unconsciously. If you want to try again here's some tips. 1. first thing in morning. 2. empty stomach. 3. empty bladder. 4 relatively empty bowel. 5. bend over in a skier position, hands on knees, knees over toes, back a little arched. if you can be shirtless and side on to a mirror to begin with for visual feedback purposes. 6. visualise a string that's tied to the inside of your abdominal wall that's going to pull back towards your back and spine. 7. take one or two full deep relaxed breathes and then forcefully blow out every bit of air you can over a period of 2 to 4 seconds. That takes practice but is crucial because the whole exercise depends on deflating your lungs so there is room in your thoracic cavity for your diaphragm to pop up there. 8. once the airs all out just think up and back with your stomach. if you successfully retract you will see your waste lose 6 inches instantly in the mirror. 9 the benefits come from multiple contractions and releases per exhalations and single isometric contractions because it actively conditions and strengthens your diaphragm like nothing else can. your diaphragms the heart of your core stabilization and breathing. 10. after a week or two of daily short sessions your ability to focus and isolate your recti and will let you perform Nauli which is the twisting wave like movement belly dancers do. Thats good for you two as it gets blood flow going in all your organs but for strength, stability and appetite control just a few minutes a day and when ever youre hungry of Ud

This video is excellent!
It comprehensively covers various dimensions and methods for focusing on visceral fat reduction. This resonates strongly with my personal experience. I was once overweight, tried to lose weight, succeeded for a while, and then the weight came back. I went through that cycle again until I felt completely exhausted and frustrated with constantly having to lose weight only to regain it. It felt like I was using the wrong methods or focusing on the wrong areas.
Then, I started to shift my focus to reducing visceral fat and concurrently building muscle mass in different parts of my bodymy arms, legs, and core. Emphasizing fat loss over just weight loss has allowed me to better manage my weight, stay leaner for longer, and improve my overall health.
What's amazing is that the various techniques I learned from many different sources and fields, which I had to piece together myself, are all compiled in this one video! While the video might be concise, for someone who already has some knowledge on the subject, it is a phenomenal compilation of effective strategies.
If someone doesn't yet have a deep understanding of a particular topic, they might need to watch additional videos for more detail. However, for those with a foundation of knowledge, they can immediately apply the key points summarized in this clip and get results!

im greek, for anyone trying out the 2 or 5% versions of yogart just try adding honey as well, personally they taste quite bad but with honey it becomes majestic and enjoyable. Everything is descipline. I went from 90 kg 180cm, not being to walk on a 2 story staircase to 74 kg in 3 months during this summer. From 0 pushups to 20, from 0 pull ups to 6. From 5 sit ups to 50. From 5kg dumbell to 11. 5kg. From being tired in a 50meters run to 6km in 32 minutes. Everything is in the mind, just cut all the crap foods and snacks. If you cant, just dont even bring them in your house. If you last ONE WEEK suddenly it these tempations wont even cross your mind. Though dont push yourselves, i did that mistake and because i also had a job, my diet was quite exausting. Dont compare yourselves to anyone, just you. Even a 50 gram loss day by day is a win. Also watch some of his other videos about work out like biceps etc. they were really helpful

You don’t drop visceral fat directly because you can’t target fat loss. You lose body fat overall, and visceral fat is usually the FIRST to go since it’s the most metabolically active. The key is to stay in a caloric deficit while doing strength training (to preserve muscle) and cardio (for cardiovascular health. Unfortunately, subcutaneous belly fatthe kind you can pinchis typically the last to go for most men. If you have a reasonably trim midsection (

I’m a 75 year old male and three months ago I weighed 178 lbs with a 40 waist and 5’-9 height. Today, 10/27 I weigh 163 lbs and still have a 40 waist. I’ve followed every step mentioned in your video, other than the HIT, over the past 3 months, strength train with dumbbells and bands 6 times a week (building muscle, no sugars, get plenty of sleep, eat 2 clean meals a day, etc. and yet my visceral fat hangs on. HELP!

I went from 103 cm to 92 in a few months. High protein, hiking, rucking, weight lifting, fasting with one macro one day per week. all these strategies helped. As a nightshift worker, I am bloated when I miss the correct sleep. On days off, my belly can reach to 92cm. On working days, 4-5 cms more than that.

If you’re in your 20s or 30s and think your energy’s fine, it’s not. Do yourself a favor and read book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico. It’s the kind of stuff no doctor or influencer ever talks about. Pure truth about testosterone and how to keep it strong for life.

I've done the Dexa scan, at 51, and at 247 lbs, I have 2. 2 lbs of visceral fat. I think that is pretty lo, at less than 1% of my bodyweight
Why is mine so low I do 18: 6 intermittent fasting, and have done fasted walking, 10k steps, over 3 MPH, every morning for the last decade.
