Recipe for injuries, heavy weight training n then HIIT training, after every workout, duh u wont recover u wont hit the gym consistently and the burnout will screw your goals! Guys just listen to your body these guys will even tell u to run a marathon after your training!

I do quick 3 mile run, then weights, then air assault bike, then burpees. In and out in less than an hour. Squats, rows, deadlift, overhead press. That's in addition to max pullups and pushups when getting out of bed in morning. Super simple no brainer.

Its not doing 2 workouts its simply the order in which you do it. Most people do cardio to warm up them weight training. Hes saying do weight training first and THEN finish with cardio. Your not doing any extra work

Too much cardio after weights is bad - Just cycle, Incline machine walk - thats it -- and most importantly ig you are so fat cut down your food! As it is always said fitness progression is 50% workout and 50% Food

No-one can sprint for 45-60s, if you can, it's not sprinting! Instead of doing the HIT cardio why not just drop the weight on the lifts you have been doing and rep out for a final set, say for 20 reps.

But in the video of 8 things wrong of cardio u said u should not do cardio after weights because this do not let the muscles to grow. And u said that u have to wait 3-24 hours before to do cardio.

10 sets of 45-60s sprints is the equivalent of 10 sets of 400 m sprints. All with just 90s rest between them. Even world class track athletes will call B. S. on that.

Actually every day after work out I walk back home that's 6 km sometimes I run take rest then run again and on and on until I get home.

I've started doing this without knowing this could work or why, it just seemed logical to me to do cardio sprints at the end of work out.
