Talking about vitamins i admit i have a friend that took Multivitamins due to all the fast food he was eating (he ate alot of fast food but somehow he wasnt that fat, he was feeling bad for like a week and a half i got worried and told him to get a better diet and the other thing i told him was to try getting real vitamins and not the ones in pills, and so He started to eat better he ate alot of fruits not so much vegetables but it didn't matter that much i think, because he was still eating normal dinners and suppers, ok comming short he started to feel better and he lost like 19 lbs i belive (he had a little to much bodyfat) oh and one thing more i forgot to tell that he wasnt built and he didnt workout to gain muscle plus in the proces he was 19yo at the time

Multiwitamins are OK, you probably not getting everything from them, but from my experience I know they are working on me. I had problem with skin for example and some more, I searched on interned and found that it's probably the problem with not enough witamins, for skin for example Witamin A is good. So I bought witamins and after week of eating them everyday I saw a difference for better, the issues that I had they we're dissapearing.
Ofcourse the real fruits and vegetables are better, but can you eat enough of them everytime and do you can get all the vitamins you should get? That's why they are there.
I can easily say that eating those pills is better than nothing, if you are not eating, or eating small portions of vegetables and vitamins.

Multivitamins are useless. .. .
. .. unless you're vitamin deficient
does this guy know most people are vitamin deficient? fixing it with diet alone would be preferable but its hard to always get exactly 100% daily value through diet alone. so people supplement with vitamins to avoid vitamin deficiency. which most people are.
multivitamins are useless unless you're part of the minority that isn't vitamin deficient is a more honest way to explain that.

While I agree the amount of sugars in mass gainer are high. Arnt the amount of natural sugar near the same range once tallied?
Also. Mass gainers DO in fact work. Specially for people who need that quick and easy mix and dont have a blender or bullet on hand. I've gained 25 pounds with no real fat.
I do want to try lowering sugar intake from the 18g per serving though

Although I agree to everything on your list. Can you include in the video the studies that you're talking about? Because sometimes people use the phrase base on the studies even though there is no studies about it. Cite every studies like Jeff Nippard, it will make you more believable.

AFTER 1 week of taking prime t i had a much better attitude and was way more motivated to work out. also way better pump and i became more lean. idk man im going to stick with what works for me. i deffently notice a diffrence when i cycle off of it

so, everyone here is eating 4 servings of vegetables one of sea vegetables, 3 servings of fruit, and getting 20% of your protein from organ meat and another 20% from pelagic ocean fish, every day on a cut? yeah take a quality multi.

Mass gainers is a great buy specially if you are skinny and dont reach the 2, 500 calories a day just take them with precations, multivitamins is important too specially if you dont have money to buy healthy foods

I recently started to lose weight because I didn't much eat fruits and vegetables I took Multivitamins to get some vitamins in my body.
I'm starting get to fruits and vegetables but I still take them
