This may not be optimal for most people on a Keto diet. especially beginners. may throw people off track every week/ whenever they come off a carb load with cravings/justification. for me personally, the 2-3 days following a carb load on a CKD are rough, i dont feel good carbing up and having to adapt back to low carbs makes me pretty irritable, have a good amount of water retention/bloating and just generally dont feel good. instead maybe try to just fluctuate your total calories (+20/-20 total cals) on keto, some days i'll even stop my intermittent fasts. Experiment and find what works well for you!

Guys. lost lots of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did. I will give you some advice now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search engine. Thanks to it I've lost a lot of weight. I should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I cut carbs and i eat all my muscle, i m very active in my current job im doing a lot of inspection and stuff i dont really stop moving and walking literally, would you recommend to keep the intake, however some days i dont reach the goal due to time, i just dont have to feel weak anymore like i did ince and most importantly dont want to start storing fat again which i realized it was due to the insufficient calories intake i was having

It is a great one off product for uncovering the secrets behind a highly effective low carb diet minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 at last got excellent results with it.

i do 100 gram carb tuesday Wednesday thursday satuday sunday, then i do high carb 250-300 on monday and friday. low carb days 1780 calories high carb day 2100 calories, going to stick to it till i hit a plateua, im also aiming for bodyfat loss vs weight loss

How can I keep fat low on low carb days if Im having 1g of protein per body weight lb? Am I supposed to eat less overall on low carb days? Right now Im doing 20% carbs, 50% fat, and 30% protein on low carb days. Protein stays unchanged. Please help! Thank u!
