Push Day & Long Awaited Q&A ft. Dylan McKenna Forfusknight: i dont get it david says he struggles to put on weight but when he started he was around 95 pounds and now he is around 185-190 thats almost a 100 pound weight gain in those years which to me is insane. I have only been training for about 2 years and maybe only put on 20 pounds and have pretty much stalled but i am only around 5'5 and it does not look like i will put on much more than that maybe 10 more pounds at the most.

I'm really confused - at around 14: 00 when they start talking about how to get enough calories in - wouldn't all the foods (ice cream, biscoff, pop tarts, chocolate syrup) just make my gut balloon outwards? All those foods are just sugar and fat, shouldn't i be eating protein based stuff? Like how do these two have six packs when they are eating all this stuff every week?

David I haven't lifted in over 2 years so I want to know would a 5x5 be more beneficial to put on size and be more aesthetic or would a split be more beneficial? (Working out 6 days a week) I do want to become stronger but I'm more into bodybuilding but obviously no one wants to be week as shit lol. You're thoughts would be appreciated bro. Thanks

david laid, I'm gonna start off by saying I love your videos and content, second part. You have to be a fake natty, you look so much smaller, if you were natty you would be able to maintain all that mass you use to have, you still look good no doubt, but damn, it's sad to see the this

I need some help Just started doing sumo, and on some reps my form looks good, but for others it looks like its completely 2 different motions. I get it up half way then it looks like a stiff legged deadlift. It's not fluid and my back rounds. How can I prevent this?

David or Dylan tell me, what are you doing when you reach a plateau in dirty bulk(im saying that because you dont know exactly how many calories you eat so you dont know if the problem is in your diet or in your workout program)

Damn, I'm doing weeks 4-9 on David's program without a belt cuz the one I had broke so I ordered one of Dylan McKenna's belts, but it won't arrive til like mid June. You think I can still make good results training with no belt?
reply

Where does David laid get these programs? In Multiple vids he says that his new program he's always mixing thing up. And that's good that's good but I'm just curious where he gets the programs. Or if he makes em himself.
