Hey David, question about avoiding knees over toes when going into squat position? I was taught that it will be bad for the knee joints and that you should be squatting more with your butt out as if sitting to lessen the impact on knee joints. Any comment/advice? Cheers

I'm just starting out and my legs are so weak. Is that normal? I can only squat like 100 pounds I'm 5'5 135. Does it take time to get use to it?

Pretty inspirational to see someone my age putting in work. Especially when you go to the gym 5 minutes from my house. Keep it up man. Props.

Awesome. if you want to build more your quads though, you should wider you stance (like a powerlifter) and it will also boost your strength
