David Laid - Instagram Q&A (Supplements, Training Routine, Motivation) Keahualani: Hey David, so I just went into treatment for over exercising and training like a bodybuilder for just a few months and my doctors have prescribed for me only 3-4 days a week lifting then the rest of the week just cardio & maybe calisthenics for only an hour each day but I'm afraid that I may not be able to live my dream, when I'm older, I want to compete, I want to start training like it now but my family and doctors won't let me: / they say it's unhealthy for me or something. I'm 14 so they say that's too young to even be dang workin out at all. I don't want anything to stop me from living my dreams so it just makes me a little down. Do you think that'll even be enough to achieve the goals I want? Do you have any advice? Thank you so much (:

Recently started with the 2nd program which is going nice so far, however I have 2 questions: -How do you track progressive overload on the compounds when there is a completely different rep/set range every workout? -Isnt there way too much volume for front delt? (behind neck press, push press, bench press, dips)-Does it matter if I do L/P/P/Rest repeat or L/P/P/L/P/P/R repeat? Looking forward to an answer; )

I was talking to Justin for awhile on fb but he wants to be like Dave know and not to talk anyone on fb any more well when I see my brother Dave who is my brother from another mother. I might put him to sleep when I see him well thanks anyway John peace bra.

What want to ask you is how much of your muscle is natural muscle? I mean that if you stopped using supplements and started eating a normal diet how much body mass do you think you would maintain. I know you would definitely be a lot larger then when you first started off, that's obvious. I'm just wondering how much of your muscle mass is being sustained by supplements.

Hi David I need help my weight is about 104 pounds and I'm in. The eighth grade. My body is similar to yours when you first started. On my first day I made a big gain but I have not been getting bigger. I don't know what is should do and I'm still really skinny even though I workout every week. Please help. What workouts should I do to get bigger.

David, its very hard for me to get in enough calories as well. I noticed how if i take a strong pre workout that contains DMHA or DMAA by appetite will be suppressed for almost the entire day. I don't know if a pre workout like that is worth it because even though I lift more weight, I still dont get in enough calories to properly grow.

Do you have a full week of a mock meet or just one day in that week? can someone less explain to me whether you squat, bench and deadlift all in the same day when doing a mock meet or one day for each meet? What did you do david when you carried out the first program with the mock meet inbetween?

I know this is an old video but i have a question about the first program. Ive had problems with my lower back after deadlifting conventional, can i switch all convos to sumos to make the process more enjoyable? Or is it necessary with the convos for maximum results in strength / muscle growth?
