9 Months Bodybuilding Transformation +20 lbs (Hercules 9) Luke: Brian just take a day or two off from training to let the neck muscles rest & heal to relieve stiffness and soreness. Apply ice regularly to fight inflammation which should ease the pain. It's very important to stretch (once pain is tolerable) which is beneficial to reduce stiffness and improve flexibility & mobility. Hope these tips helped out bro.

Brian with the neck injury, I've defo done something very similar before when i turned my neck to one side when I'd pressed a barbell overhead doing OHP. I felt tightness in my upper cervical region and it was painful to turn my head to one side for a couple days, but i still kept training noramlly and by the third day it had gone: )

Brian, on the rear delt flys, try flattening you hand so your palms face down and your thumbs are on the inside and pinkys out, then put the outside of your hand against the grip instead of gripping it, you will feel a lot more rear delt and it should help!

Man you know what? I was always taught you dont need to train abs because they are basicaly worked on almost every exercise.
Even though my body percentage is quite low, I always wondered why I could never see them, lol

Hate to break it to you, but I liked the picture on the left more (= before. Congratulations on your journey though. Saw you first on the Doctors show. Amazing. Truly amazing.

Brian, when you're at Denny's make sure you ask the staff to cook the vege skillet without butter. Incase you didn't know, they do it that way by default

You look great in bulk stage Brian Turner but cut stage makes you look not so healthy. You are my inspiration for talking freely.
