If somebody agrees to be in a monogamous relationship with somebody else, and is hooking up with others behind that person's back, that's not okay. especially if they're not being open and honest about wanting to possibly see other people! Everybody's going to handle that news differently and I feel like just about every reaction is justified. but definitely get some space from that toxic situation don't just sit through it

Hey Hercules! sorry if this comment doenst have anything to see with the video, but can you do a training video and a routine to strength chest, legs, arms and BACK for people with scoliosis. Your advice on what to do if cheated on. IS ON POINT Brian! That is truly the best way to handle a situation like cheating. I do the same thing for anyone that has proven themselves to be a bad friend, or just in general a person that TAKES from your life and does NOT add to it. Just sayin'. :)
