s the best at hitting the chest through every angle it-s capable of moving but rather because it can be loaded with the heaviest weight which will provide the overload needed to make it pop even in shirts. Either dumbbell or barbell bench press is great here. The low to high crossover is the perfect compliment to the bench press because it allows you to get the adduction needed to take the chest through its full contraction. The dips on the other hand are great for building up the lower pecs and can be weighted for additional overload. When it comes to looking good in any outfit, you want to be sure that your arms are developed and you are filling your shirt sleeves. Here we give you two biceps exercises and one triceps exercise but it could easily be the other way around. The selections are the alternating dumbbell curl for the biceps, which gives you a chance to focus in on one arm at a time

Howdy, I love your content it is always incredibly helpful. I was wondering if you could do a video about developing forearm and hand muscles properly. I am learning the guitar and I keep finding that my forearms and hands are in pain from asymmetrical muscle development and I keep ending up with mild tendinitis. I used to rock climb a lot and my forearms are pretty large but it feels like maybe the tendons are not strong enough anymore. I have been researching a lot about tension control etc. but I am having trouble getting the answers I am looking for from a professional. Any info is helpful thanks for everything. Also, I think that Jessie should consider a haircut and a shave if he wants to impress the ladies. Most women appreciate a well groomed man. I also read in popular science that 60% of men with beards like that have fecal matter in their beard. (Not an insult just science)

Hey guys long time watcher of your content, first time commenter. Love seeing the progress Jessie has made over the last couple of years. Really impressive man. Excellent dedication. Love the rapport you both have in the clips you do together as well.
Jeff, mate I love the technicality you add to all of your content. Really thorough, and no doubt helps a lot of people improve while most importantly remaining injury free. I wish I had this years ago when I lifted.
Keep up the excellent content.

I have a question for any people educated in nutrition: I'm 6'4, 210LB's, 10% body-fat, and I'm 40 years old.
In the gym, lifting weights, I'm having a LOT of issues with my joints. All of them. (Wrists, shoulders, elbows are the worst)
Could this be because I'm not consuming enough animal-based protein? (I ingest a LOT of protein, but I'm mostly vegetarian)

If you are looking for a solid all in one workout when time is limited, jumping burpee-press-rows get the job done nicely.
Get some dumbbells and squat into a pushup position, then do a pushup while still using the dumbbells for grips, then do a row on each side, then go back to the squat position, and squat thrust the weight over your head.

Jessie looks fantastic and I think he-s an example of how you can look good if you get in shape and get fitted clothes. You don-t have to become a jacked bodybuilder to look good. His physique is attainable to most guys. Just remember, don-t wear over sized clothes. You will just look skinny. It-s got to be a good fit.

He looks good than Jeff, i am proud of him,
Of ourse jeff is still more shredded, but in looks, with long hair and beard, and that transformation, Jesse becomes my favourite and i am proud of him

I am sure you have answered this question before-and apologies for not being able to find it. Do you recommend that people continue to lift heavy as they move into their late 40s and early 50s?

I would also advise working your legs as much as you can, I've seen too many buff guys who walk around flexing like Schwarzenegger but then have toothpick legs. THAT is unattractive.
