row-elbow in underhand grip tight beside back tripod stance,
underhand wide grip pull down elbow behind body,
overhand-rocking pull down- body parallel to the wall and reach out in front of you in a rotation (elbow to hip.
incline lat pull down- body parallel to wall, twist body sitting then reach. As long as your chest and legs are in the opposite side and your pulling in that rotation stance, then you're good. elbow to hip.
Straight arm push down--looks like swimmers press but with one arm. squeeze.

I mean, thank you very much AthleanX, your videos are always very useful, but if the point was simply the angle of the elbow you could have just said: do chin up. It's much easier to overload than all those others rocky exercises.

Jeff I love your videos, I added all these exercises into my routine, love the single arm straight push down, my lower lats are showing a lot, then I use seal row underhand for thickness of the lower lats,

Cool. I thought it was just me thinking that I had this problem. I'm definitely going to incorporate those exercises, or - least the ones I know I can do, shown by Jeff C. Thanks, Man. ----

Even though this video is supposed to concentrate on the lats, it is amazing how jeff's biceps really stand out and show us how incredible his biceps really are (see ex 2 at 2. 44)

Back is really hard to develop, simple hand and form variations can make a huge difference, I always considered back and legs to be the muscles that separates the men from the boys
