Love how Jeff focuses on form and function of the target muscle. You know Munteanu could probably press 120s in terms of dumbells if it was just about moving the weight. But you can see where his negative is controlled, he has a pause at full stretch, an explosion, and forced contraction at the top of the movement.

I-d like to see him and Deontay Wilder box. this guy seems like he has insane cardio. definitely has the power advantage and wilder having the speed/explosive advantage. think it would be a good fight

If they decide to have him do a comback for creed 3 you should be the one and only coach to train him for the movie. Just make sure to stay out of frame when there filming jeff. Lol jk
